Interview
The seasonal hiring process is very short and to the point, only asking 4-5 brief questions about availability and customer service experience. They might ask a few easy gaming questions but being a gamer isn't required to work for GameStop. They asked me to name 3 Pokemon that weren't starter Pokemon and that was pretty much it.

Would you be available for short notice shifts? What is your gaming history experience? Provide an example of excellent customer service that you created. Etc.
Straightforward. Come in for interview. They will give you a call with an offer. If you have general knowledge of games, you will be fine. If you have knowledge on game accessories, that is plus.

Interview
Was very straight forward. Filled out an application, told an employee (whom I interacted with frequently when purchasing products), and was called to schedule a single interview. After the interview I got the job and started within a week or two. Wanted to make sure I understood the MSRB and knew not to advertise or sell M rated games to minors.
