Interview
Filled out an application, got called in for an interview. I was first interviewed by the assistant manager. They asked me what my favourite video games were, favourite consoles, how long have I been playing video games. Then they asked about sales goals & reviews at previous employers and experience with add-on sales. They then asked if I knew anything about the company (it really impressed him when I knew! Headquarters are in Grapevine, TX and they're in 17 countries). Then the gen. manager came in & interviewed me. Asked the same questions plus "why should I hire you over the tons of other applicants?". I was offered a job on the spot & accepted.
