It was good, overall experience was good. There were technical questions on current job role, and expectations. Then, there was subsequent hr interview on salary part and salary negotiation. First it was telephonic and later it was one to one discussion.
Discussion with line manager and HR. Smooth and quick hiring process.
Was asked basic questions about the role and educational qualifications.
Also about willingness to travel.
Checked concepts based on text book understanding
Didnt expect much understanding of the Pharmaceutical sector
Interview lasted for about 1 hour

No standard processes in place for hiring. No pay parity maintained while hiring in accordance with the pay of the present employees at the same level. Mostly experience in the similiar industry and profile is preferred.
