We discussed the following: history of Globalstar, what is currently going on right now, the company move, what the future holds and the uniqueness of the opportunity at hand. Then we discussed salary requirements, flexibility in compensation, benefits with company, 401k, stock options, etc. We went on to discuss timeline to start and what the first few weeks will be like. We discussed what needs to be done in the department and to support the company. The interview was very easy and went very well. I left the interview feeling well informed of what they were looking for, what I would be walking into, what the first few weeks would be like, what my compensation would be around, what I need to bring to the table and what goals and projects we need to accomplish first. I knew I was starting at a touch time for the company but I also knew what the outcome will be when all is done.
