The interview questions are Behavioral Interview based and their are 3 phases to the interview. You interview at a blitz. First with a HR recruiter, next with a current store manager, final interview with a director. You are given two assessments and the process could take up to 4 hours. Once hired you will start a one week orientation then a 7 week in store training.
