Interview
Applied for Sales Consultant position with company on LinkedIn. I was called by recruiter and she said they had specific interest in me because of my experience in direct patient sales and would I be interested in scheduling a face to face. I interviewed with that particular location's manager and was proceeded to the next step; an interview with himself and a regional sales manager. I did not do as well in that interview, and to be quite honest was not prepared. I was employed and had a very busy week. The interview included situational questions.

I had the opportunity to meet with four different members of the team, and every interaction was positive, professional, and welcoming. What stood out most was Shasta’s support throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she kept me informed, shared helpful tips and advice, and even sent encouraging messages before each stage of the interview process. She made everything feel seamless and stress-free. The communication was excellent, and every member of the team took the time to get to know me. I am incredibly excited to be joining the company and grateful for such a positive hiring experience.

The interview process was smooth and went quickly. The first interview was via phone, then via zoom, and finally in-center. Everyone involved was professional and friendly. Questions were related to my experience and were related to the field, unlike other interviews I have had.

Very professional and thorough. Interview with their most amazing talent Aquisition team. Phone interview with both the regional and national VP Sales. In person interview with the centre manager. 4 interviews.
