Interview

I had an employee referral and spoke initially to the Regional Manager. Then I was granted another interview with the person that I would be working under. Finally, I spoke to two of the Managers for the office that I would be working at. They really seemed to want somebody that fit the mold exactly versus somebody that was very hungry for knowledge.

Interviewed through 3 people before getting the job offer through a call, the last interview was with the manager of the office i would be working in. Process took like 2 weeks ..the 1st interview was over the phone with some random person asking about general IQ questions

I went through 4 interviews. I feel that was quite excessive and nerve wracking. They also lost my urine sample, and I almost had to do it a second time. Quite careless. This caused my hire date to be delayed a month.

I was put on the spot more than once in that place. They are not very trusting, and I felt as if I were almost on trial or undergoing a lie detector test.
