Hatch Civil Engineering EIT interview questions

Applied and got an assessment link after about 3 weeks, completed the assessment same day, and got an interview invite 2 days later. The interview day came, and was interview by 2 professionals from the team, took about an hour. The position applied for was entry level, and was advised as such, and specifically stated that graduates for 2023 should apply! Yet I was met with, ‘oh so no canadian experience’ then ‘oh so you dont have your EIT’ and I explained that I can only get EIT after I graduate (this is common knowledge) yet they didn’t seem interested in my explanation, the interview felt like they just needed to tick it off. Lastly, would you believe they ghosted for about a month and after I reached out, they sent a rejection mail fastest response I’ve ever received.
