Interview
The overall interview process lasted a few weeks with 3 interviews. The last interview they put together a mock project that had nothing to do with their company, industry, or target market and asked me to put a 30 minute presentation together. There were two executives on the final call. Unfortunately one of the employees was not prepped on the task that was given to me which left the employee confused and asking topics off hand.
