Healthfirst Business Relationship Manager interview questions

After applying online for the position, my initial contact was an HR Recruiter. I had questions re: the ability to telecommute a few days a week, and I thought that might kill my chances, but instead, I was contacted for a phone interview. The interview was very pleasant, Dan Z was knowledgeable and personable, he listened intently, explained the position and how the company was changing very clearly and wasn't rushed, overall I had a very favorable opinion of this hiring manager and thought I might like working for him even if it meant commuting into the city.
