Interview
Two weeks after submitting application, HR called me to schedule an interview. At the interview, an HR interviewer asked basic questions regarding my experience and credentials and then called the department supervisor to interview and language test with role play. Over all the interview was pretty easy for me since I was very familiar with medical terminology and home visit assessment process. After a few days, HR called to offer the job and negotiated the salary. I was offered a little higher salary because of Master's level degree and extensive experience.
