Applied online, talent acquisition rep reached out to schedule a phone interview, gave her my availability, didn't hear anything for a week, emailed her to follow-up & nothing. Finally about 3 weeks later she emailed me to see if I was still interested & gave me the salary & said I was & confirmed a phone interview with her for a Monday; Monday came & went & I didn't hear from her, again I had to email her she said her calendar had our meeting for the Wed of that week even after I confirmed with her the date/time. Our call lasted 40 mins & I was told that she needed to schedule a call with the hiring manager & asked for my availability; gave her dates & times & once again heard nothing from her. Reached out a few days later & still no reply then about 2 days later got an email saying that they were going with other candidates "whom we feel are a better overall fit for this particular role at this time. Please know that this is not a reflection on your skills or abilities but on the unique qualities of each candidate." Typical blanket email sent by an ATS.
