The interview process was horrible. First, they scheduled an in-person interview and when I arrived at the interview location; I was told the interview would be on the phone. The interview was scheduled for 09:15 hours; I arrived at 08:50 hours and I was escorted to the interview room at 09:00 hours. The Recruitment Coordinator came in at 09:25 hours (10 minutes late) and stated that the interview will be conducted via the phone; at least he had the common decency to apologize. He dialed the conference # and the two people interviewing me; did not apologize for two things: 1) They did not apologize for the interview being switched to an over the phone process and the fact that I had a very long commute. 2) being late on the conference call. The interview was ok; but they did not seem prepared to interview me.
