I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Healthfirst (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
Beware of this company. They have a predatory recruiter working for them who ruined an otherwise decent interview process. Multiple interview rounds; before the final interview, the recruiter gave me a verbal offer on the phone. Turns out this was never discussed with the hiring team and after several requests for updates/written offer, she informed me that they are still interviewing for the role 2 weeks later. Further, I was contacted by another team at Healthfirst for an interview invite and was subsequently blocked by said recruiter from candidacy. I presume she did this so she would get her commission for recruiting me (had they actually decided to give me an offer, outside of the recruiter's lie). This is despicable and reflects so poorly on Healthfirst. Unfortunate because the process was otherwise fine, but it is not ethical to lead a candidate on for personal gain. Promptly withdrew after realizing this. Shame on Healthfirst for allowing these practices.

How will your previous experiences prepare you for this role?
Interviewing process was very solid and totally manageable from a follow up, number-of-interviews level. I enjoyed the process and was really pleased to get an offer. I’m no longer there but I was very appreciative of this process and my time there.
