At this point, I don't really mind if they don't contact me again. When you are interviewing with Healthfirst, you are truly just a number. They are growing a lot and they like to make it known that they're interviewing 20-30 people in any given day, probably more. I was therefore treated pretty unprofessionally upon my visit to the office.
I had a phone interview with a recruiter who was very nice and helpful, even though he didn't contact me until 3 months after I had applied. This was followed by an hour long phone interview with the hiring manager, who was also great and had a lot of enthusiasm about the company. I was excited to be invited back for a third round with two directors of the department. En route to the interview, which was to be held at 12PM, I got an email from the recruiter that said "We need to change your interview time to 1PM. Please confirm you got this." I had read other folks on here had the same thing happen to them, but I didn't believe it actually happened regularly!
I arrived at my interview 15 minutes early and signed a sign in sheet with about 20 other names before mine, all candidates being interviewed for other positions. I was told beforehand that I would be interviewing for an hour at a time with each director separately. However, both directors got me at the same time, each complaining how busy they both are to each other. They did not apologize for changing my interview time, they did not address it at all. Rather than spending 2 hours, they brought me into a dark office and rushed through my interview in about 20 minutes. One of the directors got up to answer her phone TWICE in that time. It was very clear to me that they had no interest in me, and only brought me in for quota.
I ended by saying something polite like "If there's anything else you need from me to help in your decision, please let me know!" to which one of the directors replied "Well we're interviewing a lot of people so I doubt we'd ask you directly." I have not heard from them since and I don't expect to.
