Interview
I was referred to a role; the process took about 3 months just to not hear back after 3 interviews. Team was knowledgeable and helpful, but the process was not really structured.
The interview was not too technical aside from inquiries into whatever you may have included on your resume. It is multiple rounds and interviewers/managers focused on using the STAR method.
