Interview
The process starts with an Online submission. A hiring agency then performs a phone interview. Once selected for the next level, the candidate gets an HR interview before meeting with the hiring manager to interview. The hiring manager interviewed for an hour then invited in other staff members for a team interview. The opportunity was given to ask questions of the current team.

Interview
First interview was a phone call from hiring manager. Very positive and very professional. Next was Gallup interview. Over an hour and pretty much as expected.
