In person interview pretty basic questions. Asked several times what my boss would say about my work. After the interview, I was asked to do a personality/assessment test if I was still interested. I obliged and took the test and let them know it was completed. I asked for the results and was told, 'we'll get back with you. Never happened and a few weeks a later a recruiter called about the same job. I told them ,no.
