Submitted a Resume to a recruiter. Received a few written questions that I had to answer, mostly technical, and somewhat detailed. Then a phone interview. The description of what they were looking for had little to do with the questions I was asked or what they seemed to think they were hiring for. The job was billed as a development position, but in reality it was production support. They made it clear that work-life balance was not a priority.
