Interview
Applied, got called in for an interview and was interviewed within a week. Interview was quite informal and the lady was beyond lovely. We spoke for around an hour, discussing the role, the firm, what I have been doing and my experience to date. Was a lovely interview and I felt no pressure due to it being quite informal and no actual formal questions.
The interview was 1-1 with a partner. I got a bit nervous (and as such didn’t showcase my capabilities as much as I could have). Despite that, it was still a really great interview. The partner gave me advice and was very friendly. Even though the interview didn’t end with an offer, it was still a great opportunity for a great conversation with a lot of insight.

Interview
Very rushed from the beginning and no effort to engage on a human level. Inability to appreciate individual experiences and change line of standardised questioning. Did not create a relaxing atmosphere.

Very conversational and informative. I had a great experience in my first round and the interviewer outlined the next steps clearly. Process takes 2-3 weeks as you meet with numerous employees throughout the company.
