The interview process consisted of an initial interview with the unit hiring manager and then a secondary interview with the unit supervisor. It was relaxed and common interview questions were asked, with some situational questions introduced as well.

I applied and a recruiter reached out to me the next day to schedule a phone screen to discuss the hours, wages, benefits. I was also emailed assessments (pharm, med-surg, personality, behavior, attitude) to complete prior. After the phone screen, I was scheduled for a phone interview with the unit director where I was asked behavioral/situational questions. She was very nice and I was able to learn more about the work culture and job expectations.
