HonorHealth New Grad RN interview questions

I applied and a recruiter reached out to me the next day to schedule a phone screen to discuss the hours, wages, benefits. I was also emailed assessments (pharm, med-surg, personality, behavior, attitude) to complete prior. After the phone screen, I was scheduled for a phone interview with the unit director where I was asked behavioral/situational questions. She was very nice and I was able to learn more about the work culture and job expectations.

Amazing interview process the entire way through. Recruiters are very helpful, knowledgeable, and want to help you find a great fit. I'm so grateful for my HR person and what she did to help me land a job there!
