Intro call with Recruiter, scheduled 2+ weeks out due to on-site with proper communication 2. 60min 1:1 interview with Hiring Manager. 30 minutes dedicated to live server and container debugging using a 3rd party software with prepared exercises 3. 1h45m Panel interview with 3/4 members of Hiring team. Focused on team structures, working philosophies, and past projects 4. 30m Culture interview with Director 5. 30m Final interview with Hiring manager

The first and second interviews were cool - they just wanted to get to know my basic workflow, how do I generate opportunities and what my basic win rate looked like. I got to the final interview, and both Sales manager i'd be working for and the sales director wanted me to go through a typical call I'd have with my current company. I thought I knocked it out of the park, but then one of them drilled in and attacked saying that I never asked the client what brings them to this call, or what their pain points were. THAT WAS THE FIRST THING I ASKED... They nailed me on that, and never let me speak to defend myself. My whole interview was based on that one misread on their part.
