I submitted my C.V for review on an attached link on the Company's website. A few days later, I received a call from requesting that I attend an assessment day. The assessment day consisted of a basic literacy/numerical test in a business suit alongside other hopeful applicants. It was then , followed by a 1 on 1 interview.

Initial call discussing eligibility, previous experience, etc. then invited to an assessment day where you have an interview and complete a numerical and verbal assessment. All in all very simple and straight forward.

Interview
Basic Interview with Test. Interview included very easy and expected questions about transferable skills and previous employment. Some basic competency-based questions. Lasted about 20 mins. Test involved spotting grammatical errors in a piece of text, a basic addition calculation, and writing a letter in response to a complaint.
