Screening round followed by two technical interview(technically one of the good interviews i had). I am sure i cleared those. Interviewer explained me the project and asked me to explore few areas where i would be working. Then discussion with senior person who asked my current and expected CTC and i was asked to explain architecture of projects which i did well. For some reason still i am look forward to hear from them. I respect your decision it would be even nice if was communicated about the same. Job offer is too expensive cost for mistakes that can be corrected. Anyway its good experience but costed me more in all terms as i traveled previous night from distant place to take this interview. Finally there is no perfect candidate, always mistakes can be corrected. leadership please consider this before taking decision. Not all Candidates switch job for money there might be other valid reason which made them to look for opportunity which can put them under pressure to get the job. So invest some time before deciding. Bcs both of us invested several hours in each discussion but decision are taken just like that which according to me have to be reconsidered. Also communicate response - We will be in touch with you - is insufficient where 90% of interview was positive. Don't mistake me its just a suggestion - interviewee be prepared for this kind of response from interviewer.
