I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ITC Infotech (Bengaluru) in Apr 2019
Interview
I was called out for Power BI Lead Role. The interview process was having 2 technical rounds and I cleared them all but the technical rounds does not have a standard. Inspite of clearing the HR round and sending all my docs these people kept telling that we are going to release the offer sooner but that never happened.

Interview
It was a horrible experience after reaching there for interview. It seemed a walk in to me though the the consultancy had mentioned it was a call based interview. They had called up around 50-70 guys in java with different experiences but they did not have sufficient panel to take up the interview. The explanation they gave for that was funnier "They said we had planned it better but suddenly 3 more guys from the panel told us in the morning that they could not appear to take up the interview". As a result a person had to wait for at least 3 hour for his turn to come. On top of that the coordinator who had sent the call letter was very rude to the people asking them to leave if they could not wait longer for their turn. I would like to mention here that though the panel was very polite and calm in explaining the situation but the cordinator was showing no regret for this. He/She was holding a sheet of paper where people are making entry upon reaching and the sheet was used to select people for interview. The funny part was that if the coordinator did not like you she had the power to make you wait more as per his/her wish. If you disagree with any of his/her terms you were free to leave without appearing for interview. Personally I had not carried my cv with me as I thought they had screened me after seeing my profile. But after waiting for long when my turn came I was heading to the interviewer panel he/she suddenly appeared in front of me asking me for my resume. I told you must be having it as you had screened me based on your requirement. But he/she act very unprofessionally as if he/she had no choice other than forcing me to leave as if I had lost all his/her criteria to take up the interview...I was shocked to see this kind of unprofessionalism. The dumb coordinator was taking every thing very personally and had forgotten that he/she was representing an age old organisation and not him/herself. I prefer to leave than to argue with as at that point of time I had already developed so much hatred towards the organisation and the way it treats the candidates. I would also like to mention here is that I was having 10years experience in my domain but the coordinator had no clue about it.
