Interview
They have a different system flow. Professional tech guys and delivery head will take a professional interview and share honest feedback because they are running a business and they are the people who are dealing with clients. But once Delivery head will give a green signal for a candidate to hire then the candidate will pass on to HR and HR will play a dirty politics in their internal team. They play with a candidate and throw from here to there. Infogain is a big company and it has multiple branches so the HR will call from entire India from Pune branch, Mumbai branch, Bangalore branch, Delhi branch but they will just call you for a timepass activity. They don't even know what is an exact status of the interview and what to fianlize.
They don't care about your career and your opportunity.

This is funny.
HR will ask you the questions from the website (Google) and she will set her webcam in such a way that nobody can see her face. But of course you have to set your webcam in proper way so that she can see your face properly.

I went through four rounds. One with a recruiter and three additional interviews with the hiring manager, and two additional team members. Overall, it was a straightforward process. Some interviews were easier than others. The interview with the executive level stakeholder made me feel a little uneasy because he was difficult to read

HR was very poor in coordination and follow up. She wasn’t even setting up the meetings and was asking me to setup myself. No feedback was given unless call them
