I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Instructure
Interview
The whole process took about 3 weeks. I had two separate phone interviews- one with a recruiter and one with an executive assistant. I then had an onsite interview with the executive. They didn't get back to me in the time frame they mentioned, so I had to call, only to find out I didn't get the position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Instructure in Nov 2025
Interview
Four interviews from start to finish (company recruiter, Executive the position supported, another team member, and the former EA), each about 30-45 minutes long. Super clear and responsive from start to finish. Made it to the final round before another candidate received the offer. Disappointing result, but a good experience overall.

Question 1
A lot of personality and work style type questions. Got the feeling that they chose people with strong resumes and were looking for the best cultural fit of the lot.
