Interview
About a week after applying I heard from a recruiter via email to schedule a 30 minute phone call. The recruiter told me over the phone that she would like to schedule a phone call with the hiring manager. A few days later, I joined a web conference with the hiring manager for about 45 minutes to talk through my background and answer a few interview questions. One week later they scheduled an in-person sales presentation to pitch any product/solution for 15 mins + Q&A from the entire team I'd be working with (20+ people).

Initial interview with an HR rep was a 30 min phone call to learn more about the role an d also share experience. Moved onto next step with hiring manager and that was another 30 min phone call. Third step was meeting the team which was about 1 hour. Last step was a presentation with Q&A. Had a choice of presenting a solution to sell either something I've sold before, or anything else. Received an offer within a few days. Entire process was about 1 month from initial call to final offer and acceptance.
