In total, there were 2 assessments and 6 interviews: - Quiz (Assessment #1) - Recruiter Screening Interview - Cold Email (Assessment #2) - Sales Manager Interview - Mock Cold Call Interview - Values Assessment Interview - Sales Acumen and Cross-functional Partnerships Interview - VP of Sales Interview The Values Assessment and Sales Acumen interview were the most difficult. The questions targeted real industry experience, so come prepared and confident. (Hint: there are "right"/"wrong" answers to the your favorite value question.) The company culture was clear: incredibly high standards, cultivating the best of the best, and leave politics at the door.
