1st round: screening interview with recruiter
2nd round: a portfolio review with two senior team members. I had to present two portfolio pieces and explain my design process, demonstrate results and answer questions from interviewers. It was not hard but one of the interviewers clearly did not want to be here.
I did not get to 3rd round. No feedback was given with the rejection.

Interview
I had 3 stages of interviews: initial phone screen, a video call with a design manager, and an on-site interview with 3 Product designers. The latter two were done within the same week, however, communication with the recruiter was not a smooth process.
It took us over a month to schedule an initial call, where twice I didn't receive a call on the agreed time.
Then, after having had a video call with a design manager and an on-site interview, I followed up with the recruiter three times over the period of the next month, and never received any answer.
I find it rather disrespectful towards my time. After taking time off work for (ghost) calls, interviews, and preparing presentations, I think I deserve some response and feedback.
