Intermountain Health RN Case Manager interview questions

Questions were awful. They didn’t ask anything about my experience or qualifications. They didn’t seem to care that I had many years experience or specialized certification in for the position they were hiring for. They expected you to come up with weird scenarios off the top of your head & figure out how you would deal with it. I’m not sure who wrote the interview questions but they did a terrible job. I have no idea how they expect someone to answer their strange questions.
