Interview
Applied online in November, heard back at the start of January that I was invited for a phone interview. 2 on 1, both very friendly from the department I would be working with. Asked to talk through my CV - competency based, they liked the diverse background and were very positive, asking further questions. Was contacted a few days later and invited to a day at their assessment center in Geneva. 2 interviews with senior management and group case studies to see how you work as a team.
Make sure you have questions for them at the end.
