applying in October. first round Interview in late January, probably looking for replacement for those who declined offer during November. Consist of two 30 minute long competency interview. One was a sale and the other was a structurer. Both very nice. Focus on team work, commitment to integrity, presentation style.

I was invited to the west coast reception with 40 other students from the west coast and then offered a phone interview with the chairman of the reception. Surprisingly there was no behavioral questions at all during the phone interview which I had prepared for. The whole interview was consisted of brain teasers and investment questions
