JD Sports interview process was quick, efficient, and friendly, making me feel comfortable, though it felt slightly unprofessional at times with informal communication and relaxed structure during the overall experience.
Long, many steps. 1 pre call and then 2 further interviews. received a call back after each interview after around 10 days. interviews were pretty simple, easy questions around customer service

Once you submit your cv they either call or send you questions. They usually what people with customers servers experience. They also want people with flexible hours because the shop is open Monday to Sunday.
