Once you submit your cv they either call or send you questions. They usually what people with customers servers experience. They also want people with flexible hours because the shop is open Monday to Sunday.
Long, many steps. 1 pre call and then 2 further interviews. received a call back after each interview after around 10 days. interviews were pretty simple, easy questions around customer service

One by one people were kicked out during the interview
Other management staff would come in and discuss what they do and ask quick round of questions that your expected to answer very quickly
