(Most generous thing an employer has done for you, name you'd give a boat, your biggest mentor) 3. Interview with staffing coordinator. 4. "Homework" email: they send you a list of questions to take your ideas and not pay you for them. Here are all the questions. I recommend being vague in your answers so that you do not give them a reason to not need you if they can do it with the staff they already have. "For your research, please be focus on IT and Accounting/Finance. Who are some of JFC Global’s competitors in the Central PA area for each vertical? What kind of positions are abundant in the Central PA area for these industries? Please be specific. How would you go about finding talented candidates for these positions? Who are some friends/family/acquaintances you know who work in one of these verticals? I suggest reaching out to them and asking if they’ve ever worked with a recruiter to get their feedback:  How was their experience? What company was the recruiter from? And so on.  From what you’ve learned so far, why do you think you would be a great asset to our Global recruiting team?" 5. Interview with the head of the staffing agency: they ask you about your tactics for recruiting and give you a show of how the phone calls will go: ********YOU ARE TRYING TO RECRUIT PEOPLE WHO ALREADY HAVE JOBS!!!! Not people looking for work. You will be trying to convince them to join companies that JFC is staffing***** 6. After the interview, they told me to contact them to see if I would still like the position in a week. I emailed them and let them know that I was still interested and nobody got back to me. It was such a set up to steal your ideas. They told me I had all the right qualifications and I killed it in my interviews! Everything was great and then nobody got back to me ever again
