Interview
HR, then a phone interview followed by a panel of interviewers. If you are experienced in your skillset you won't have any problems answering. Don't over-think your answers and go with your gut. Most of the interviewers went by an "interview manual" and usually those were co-workers who were tasked with being part of the interview process. In my case it was uncomfortable because my position was at a higher level than my prospective colleague. This is an area that should be changed.

I received an initial phone call by a local independent recruiter and this led to a face-to-face meeting with same. Once this was completed I received a brief phone interview and screen with corporate followed a few days later by a brief phone interview by the local hiring manager.
