Very laid back process of interviewing, the general manager was very conversational and judged character mostly rather than scripted questions that have no right answers. Laid out responsibilities and pay, training, etc
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Jersey Mike's in Apr 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick and easy. The staff and managers were super helpful and fair. I enjoyed the process and have no complaints. The job description given in the interview was spot on.
Quick and easy and straight to the point about background work and what I can expect on a daily basis everything seemed great and I look forwarded to joining the team
Incredibly easy, asked little to no questions about past experience. Short staffed location, so it was basically an offer discussion more than an interview. You should ask about daily bread count and number of staff working lunch hours
