Interview
Johns Manville conducted a phone interview. For the next step, an on sight interview was conducted. After the on sight interview with managers, I was interviewed by other workers. It was sort of like a meet and greet, but interview form.
Quick phone interview since I was in a remote location. They are very interested in getting to know the real you as well as real-world experience you’ve had.

I submitted my resume and heard back from them within a couple of days. I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, and then I had another phone interview with my supervisor. They were very prompt and helpful throughout the whole process.
