The interview process was pretty relaxed. Done over the internet, I interviewed with one partner and HR representative who were both very friendly, and conversational. They asked about my experience, why I wanted the position etc, and were very transparent with what the advertised role involved and entailed.

During the solo interview, the interviewer was friendly and the questions were reasonable. The subsequent group interview was more challenging. I found it was important to remember that it is not all about showcasing your knowledge, but being polite and respectful to your fellow applicants.

What was your favourite course in university and why?
Pretty straight forward interview process. 2 long interviews with at least 2 people. The department I interviewed for seemed really easy going. One issue is that you’ll have to bring up pay/compensation during the interviews.
