I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
Before getting to the actual interview, I had to complete various stages of online assessments. The first stage was just about submitting my CV and education information. The second phase was similar to an SJT and the third one was a Job Simulation test, where you also had to record some of your answers to the questions. Once I passed all the online assessments I was invited to the assessment centre in the London Office. The AC consisted of a group task, a maths test and a final interview.

Why Consulting?
How would you bond with your new colleagues?
Entirely behavioral, very straightfoward. Two separate rounds with opportunities to coffee chat before to ask questions. No technical questions, pretty much what you would expect. Final round is with a partner in the office
There were two interviews back-to-back. Got the email asking to be interviewed shortly after applying. There was a pre-interview social. They called me with their decision a day after the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
15 minute recruiter chat into 2 30 minute interviews. An associate II reached out to me the night before and asked to chat as well, although he was much more chill, and I was able to bond with him on hobbies and aspirations.
