Kellanova Gerente interview questions

There was the phone screen by an HR representative. Next there was a full day of individual and group interviews that included lunch. The interviews were behavioral in nature that posed questions to see how you react to different situations and make decisions. There were questions on how to make decisions and reach a consensus.

I was recruited so a lot of the upfront work was done by the recruiter, ie validating background, work history etc. The first Kellogg contact was with the Initial HR screen to again, just validate work history, skills etc, basically what was included on the resume. Phase I was the interview with the hiring manager. Questions were pretty standard situational "tell me about a time when XYZ".... and then technical questions related to the position. Very nice people. Pleasant experience.
