Interviewing process was a screening call and a simple hour panel interview. I was told that Kellogg only has the single interview and then would move to an offer if successful. The panel interview was low stress, standard questions. Kellogg was nice enough to provide a cheat sheet on what they were going to ask and how to prepare for the questions. All questions follow the SBR approach. Post interview, communication was poor, the team didn't respond to emails or thank you notes. I received an automated declining email a few weeks later.
