I applied in-person. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Seattle, WA)
Interview
I walked in and manager was available to take my interview. We walked out and it was very quick and informal. she asked me a couple of questions and asked my salary. Did not offer her that information and she got back to me with an offer and I negotiated what I was comfortable with.
Had an initial phone call without any follow up. Quite disappointing as the phone conversation led me to believe I met all the qualities they looked for. Wish they had a better follow up.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Cleveland, OH) in Aug 2018
Interview
Very easy interview process. Friendly manager and there was a lot of opportunity to ask questions. Everything that was expected was gone over. All of my questions about the job were answered at the time as well.
