I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2013
Interview
From what I recall, they asked me a few questions about what to do with patients under certain scenarios. It was important to discuss how I work with opticians and how I prescribe glasses in order to meet patients needs. They also asked me questions about the patient volume I could handle. Lastly, they asked if I was interested in the managing opportunity at certain locations.
