I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LensCrafters (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
I had 1 phone interview and 2 in person interviews. both in person interviews took around 30-40 minutes and I interviews with 2 other employers. It took a long time to get actually hired because I was hired in October of 2017 and didn't get my first shift until January.
Asked me no questions about my prior work experience. Only wanted to know how many hours I was looking to work. They were looking for a body to fill a position.
Very lovely quick in person meeting and tour of the store. Enjoyed getting to see how the store operates. It was great getting a sense of team dynamics and such.
