My Interview mainly consisted of me telling of my previous work experience. I also had to tell how I handled challenging situations plus my success and how I achieved it. I have had two interviews.After the interviews I had to take a LONG skill/personality test which took over two hours. My gripe is simply this,why not have the job candidate take the test first to see if they measure up to your standards . This would eliminate a second interview and save you and the interviewee time. Another thing,have the common courtesy to notify the candidate of their results for the test they took be it good or bad. To be such a huge company the interview process seemed archaic and as indicated above backward.
