I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LensCrafters in Jan 2024
Interview
Went in before opening, and was asked to use examples of times I've worked well with people, overcome issues, delt with a rush and my experience. Then I was asked about my availability and if that would change with school ECT.
Very lovely quick in person meeting and tour of the store. Enjoyed getting to see how the store operates. It was great getting a sense of team dynamics and such.

The interview was easy and the team is great and great manager. A great place to work, loved my experience there and would highly recommend if you are interested in learning about glasses!
