LensCrafters Retail Manager interview questions

All in all, not bad. Both in-store manager and regional director interviews went well. The only negative aspect was the time it took. Two interviews spanned 2 months apart due to "scheduling conflicts" even though I was told the position needed to be filled ASAP at the time I was recruited.

Very fast process, one-on-one interview with store General Manager, then lab manager, then managing doctor, then panel interview with district manager and district managing doctor. First interview maybe an hour, more of a get-to-know you. Then very in depth interview with district managers, about 3 hours. All about motivating teams, your management style, coaching/development, interviewing/selecting, etc. Basic managing competencies.
